WC Scholars Events
WC Scholars Events are specifically designed to award scholarships that replace merit-based scholarships awarded at the time of acceptance.
Filing your FAFSA
Filing your FAFSA gives you the opportunity to take full advantage of any state, federal, or institutional aid that may be afforded to you. Filing the FAFSA is strongly encouraged for all students. Starting October 1st, WC begins the process of collecting FAFSA information and awarding aid on a first-come, first-served basis to all accepted students. A “Financial Planning Sheet” will be generated once the results of your completed 2026-2027 FAFSA (Free Application for Student Aid) have been received. Both an electronic copy and physical copy of your Financial Planning Sheet will be sent to you. Once available, we encourage students and their families to schedule an appointment to review this information with your assigned admission counselor. When filing your FAFSA, please list Wilmington College and our school code (003142), so that your results will be sent to us electronically. If you have questions about filing your FAFSA, contact the Office of Admission at admission@wilmington.edu or 937.481.2260.
Confirm Your Enrollment: Pay Your Deposit
To confirm your acceptance of admission and be eligible to register for classes, you must submit your Enrollment Deposit online through WILpay. If you plan to live on campus, you may pay your Housing Deposit at the same time. Instructions for receiving your WILpay password and student ID number is sent as a part of your acceptance materials. This step is encouraged prior to/by May 1st.
Complete Your Registration
Starting March 1st, students may begin completing their new student registration. Instructions on how to access the class registration form, housing and housing exemption forms, medical profiles, and additional necessary documents will be conveyed to you. If you have not received them or have any questions concerning the registration process, contact your assigned admission counselor.
Accepted Student Day
Congratulations on your acceptance to Wilmington College! Join us for our Accepted Student Celebration Day on Saturday, April 11th. This day is designed to connect you to potential future classmates, faculty, staff, and current students. The day will include opportunities to revisit parts of campus or see campus for the first time, enjoy brunch, interact with students from across the country, and most importantly, to celebrate your acceptance!
Watch for registration information soon!
