Steve is a Wilmington College graduate with a degree in Sport Management with a Coaching minor and has a degree from Fairmont State University in Sport Management and Business Administration. Steve lives in nearby Xenia, Ohio with his wife, Cindy, and son, Zane.

With a diverse background in education and assimilation, he enjoys promoting Wilmington College and the hands-on learning experience that is offered. Danny is a native of Wilmington and is married to a WC alum, Melissa.

Jenny serves students who are interested in pursuing a degree in our nationally recognized program in agriculture and equine business management. She grew up on a family farm in Southwest Ohio and has been involved in many major ag-related programs such as FFA, 4-H, and the Farm Bureau. A Graduate of Wilmington College, with a degree in Agriculture and a concentration in Agronomy, Jenny brings work experience from within the Ag Industry. Jenny hopes to share her experience in the industry as well as her passion for agriculture and Wilmington College.

Tim is the Admission Counselor for students who are interested in majoring in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Fine Arts, and Communication Arts. Tim also coordinates all of our small group visits to campus. Tim lives in Wilmington with his wife Elexis and two dogs Harley Quinn and Gunner. He graduated from Wilmington High School in 2011 and is a 2015 graduate of Wilmington College with a Bachelors of Arts in History and Educational Studies. While at the College, Tim was involved with men’s soccer, Greek Life, Residents Life, Theater and several other areas of campus. Tim was the 2015 recipient of the Robert E. Lucas Leadership Award.

Heather is the Senior Transfer Admission Counselor. Heather is a 2010 graduate of Wilmington College with a degree in Political Science and History and went on to receive her Master’s degree from Wright State University in American History. Heather’s husband Ryker is also an alum of Wilmington College with a degree in Agriculture Business. They currently reside in Franklin with their daughter, Henlee.

Bud serves as the College’s primary international student recruiter and, although he is new to this specific position in the Admission Office, he has recruited a significant amount of WC’s international student population since the mid-1990s. As the Fightin’ Quakers’ head soccer coach, Bud is very familiar with the process required for international student recruitment and admission. He has been an especially student-focused administrator during his career at Wilmington College, having held a number of positions in the student recruitment and student activities areas, in addition to his coaching responsibilities.

Micah serves as the multicultural recruiter for the office of admission. Micah’s main role is to attend Infinite Scholars’ events and visit high schools and college fairs in metropolitan areas. Micah also serves as the assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for Wilmington College. Micah graduated from Ohio Valley University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education and then obtained his Master’s Degree in Allied Healthcare, Health & Sports Sciences from Otterbein University.

Stephen M. Wadsack is the newly appointed Director of Athletic Bands and Instrumental Music Instructor at Wilmington College, where his responsibilities include directing the Quaker Thunder Pep Band, overseeing the growth of Wilmington College’s instrumental music ensembles, serving as a key recruitment strategist in the fine arts area, and teaching additional music coursework as needed. Currently, Wadsack also works collaboratively with various departments on-campus to develop the first marching band program in Wilmington College’s near- 150-year history.
