The Health Science concentration prepares students for careers in applied human biology. Students who plan to go to professional/graduate school in such fields as Physical Therapy, Nursing, Dietetics, Physician Assistance, and Occupational Therapy will be well-served by the Health Science concentration. Students in the biology program gain hands-on research experience through a capstone course with individualized attention by a faculty mentor
