College Scorecard
College Scorecard makes it easier for you to search for a college that is a good fit for you. You can use the College Scorecard to find out more about a college's affordability and value so you can make informed decisions about what college to attend.
Average Net Price
The average net price for undergraduates is calculated on an annual basis. Net price is what undergraduates pay after grants and scholarships, or benefits (financial aid you do not have to pay back) are subtracted from the institution's Cost of Attendance.
Cost of Attendance
Cost of Attendance is not the bill that you receive from the college; it is the total amount it will cost you to go to college each year. The COA includes tuition and fees, on-campus room and board (or housing and food allowance for off-campus students); and allowances for books, supplies, and transportation.
According to the latest College Scorecard available on the College Affordability and Transparency Center Web site, Wilmington College in Ohio is as affordable (or more so), in regard to Net Price, as other larger Ohio-based institutions. Wilmington College recently lowered its tuition for fall 2015 by more than $4,600. That, in combination with the current construction of the Center for the Sciences and Agriculture and the Center for Sport Sciences, and the establishment of several new academic majors, makes Wilmington College an even better value for those students seeking an educational experience based upon hands-on learning, leadership development and personal attention.
