The trio of Molly Scroggy, Bailey Jenkins and Casey Hess shared "life after Wilmington College stories" with Wendy Grab's Psychosocial Interventions class. "These amazing women fielded questions about licensure, testing, studying, graduate school, employment and life," said Grab, visiting assistant professor of social work. "They have close bonds with many current WC social work students and are definitely an inspiration to us all." Hess passed her LSW test and is in her final semester in Miami University's Master of Social Work (MSW) program. She is conducting her field placement with Companions on a Journey, where she is assisting children and families experiencing bereavement. Scroggy, who is preparing to take her LSW exam, is employed by Help Me Grow, a multi-county entity in which she assists new mothers and their children. Jenkins also is preparing for her LSW exam while working on her MSW through Indiana Wesleyan University. She plans to engage in school social work for her field placement experience.
