Wilmington College will confer 303 degrees at its 139th annual Commencement May 9.
The ceremony will include presentation of Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts diplomas to students that graduated from the College’s main campus, as well as those from Cincinnati Branches at Blue Ash and Cincinnati State Community and Technical College.

President Jim Reynolds will give the Commencement address at a student-focused ceremony that also will feature a number of graduating seniors in key roles.
Courtney Tucker, a sport management major from Cincinnati, will give the welcome and Sarah Murphy, a biology and health sciences major from West Liberty, will introduce the president. Erin E. Wollett, an agriculture/education major from Sunbury, will represent the main campus in offering remarks, as will her counterpart from the Cincinnati Branch, Stacey J. Roper.
Gina Combs Beck, a member of the Class of 1991, and her daughter, 2015 graduate Rachel Beck, a communications and sustainability major from Wilmington, will perform “The New World” from Songs from a New World. Rachel Kramer, a member of the music faculty, will provide keyboard accompaniment for their performance and the singing of the Alma Mater, as well as perform the academic processional and recessional.
Reynolds will confer the degrees with the assistance of Robert E. Touchton, chair, Board of Trustees; Erika Goodwin, vice president for academic affairs; and Karen Manor Garman, registrar/assistant dean for academic affairs.
Timothy R. Frazier, a 1994 alumnus, will confer alumni membership upon the new graduates and campus minister Daniel Kasztelan will provide the invocation and benediction.
In other Commencement-related activities, main campus graduates will attend the annual Baccalaureate service Friday morning, followed by the Senior Lunch and Commencement rehearsal. Student speakers at Baccalaureate and Senior Lunch are Kevin Courtright, a religion and philosophy major from Galloway, and Timothy Wiederhold, a history and education studies major from Fayetteville, respectively.
Cincinnati Branch graduates had their Senior Banquet and Baccalaureate service May 1.
