Apply today, it is free and there is no essay! Access our simple application now. The application deadline for fall term is August 1 and for spring term is December 1.
Each transfer student’s situation is unique. Our admission staff will meet with you to be sure that your application process goes as smoothly as possible. Admission visits also include a tour of campus. Schedule a visit now.
Submit official transcripts from any and all institutions you have attended. Request that they be sent to Wilmington College Office of Admission, Pyle Center 1325, 1870 Quaker Way, Wilmington, OH 45177. Some transfer students may be required to submit their high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores. Please check with your Wilmington College admission counselor to be sure!
Have the Transfer Recommendation Form completed by your previous institution and ask them to fax or email the form to us (fax: 937-481-2936, email: email@example.com).
Visit www.fafsa.gov to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Include our school code, 003142, so we can access your data and prepare a financial aid award for you.
Once you have reviewed your acceptance package and financial aid award notice and are ready to enroll, you must pay your enrollment deposit before you register. Deposits are not refundable after December 1 for Spring entering students and May 1 for Fall entering students. Pay your enrollment deposit online now.

Visit www.fafsa.gov to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Include our school code, 003142, so we can access your data and prepare a financial aid award for you. You will be awarded Financial Aid once you have been accepted to the College.
Once you receive your financial aid award, you may wish to meet with your admission counselor to review it. Please call us at 937-382-6661 ext. 260 to schedule an appointment or discuss your award over the phone.
Students are given two weeks to review the award and to sign, accepting (or declining) each piece of the financial aid award. Failure to return the requested documents by the indicated deadline could result in the loss of financial aid. Signing your award does not commit you to attend WC.
Once you have been accepted to the College and paid your enrollment deposit, you may make your appointment to schedule your classes by calling our office at 937.382.6661 ext 260.
Your registration date will be based on your current class standing. This is different for each student and is based on your transferrable credit hours and the time of admission. The day you register, you will meet with your faculty advisor to schedule your classes and visit various departments on campus to finalize your enrollment.
