REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 RESEARCH FORUM WILL BE OPEN SOON.
All posters must be displayed in Hermann Court by 9:30 a.m. on May 2. Participants will be able to check-in and hang their posters starting at 8:30 a.m. that morning. Materials to hang your poster will be available.
Judging of the posters will begin at 9 a.m. with those participants who are ready at that time. Judging will continue through noon. Winners will be selected for each academic area. In addition, there will be a poster selected for Interim President’sChoice, Best Student-Faculty Collaboration, and Coaches’ Choice. Participants should plan on having copies of a handout to help highlight aspects of their projects. Additionally, they should be prepared with an “elevator pitch” to discuss their research with judges and/or guests. Each poster will be judged by at least five individuals.
Student participants are asked to stand by their posters from 9 a.m. to noon so they can interact with judges and event attendees.
