Purpose Statement
WC Disc Golf Club's mission is to allow students to bond over the shared experience of disc golf. One achievable goal is to clearly mark where the teepads are and place signs next to each of them. One realistic way to attain this goal is to buy just the signs with spray painted areas but new, clearly marked turf pads or concrete would be more beneficial. Another goal is to create connections with local disc golf parks and stores. By creating these connections, we will be able to expose our members to others within the sport and have new learning opportunities for the club and the community of Wilmington. A long distance goal is to have our members participate in local and distant tournaments to test their skills against others. As a club, our closest goal is to host our own small tournament at Wilmington College for the local community.
