Scarlett Donaldson: ‘Late-Night Breakfasts Are a Favorite Memory’

SENIOR SALUTES Honor Wilmington College's Graduating Seniors Senior Scarlett Donaldson will graduate with a greater sense of self-confidence as she embarks upon a career as an intervention specialist and teacher in early childhood education. PICTURED: Scarlett Donaldson (CENTER) is pictured with her parents. "My Wilmington College experience, through the great mentors I've had, taught me to believe in myself," said the education major from Batavia whose academic excellence has been acknowledged through her membership in Green Key Honor Society and as the recipient of an Outstanding Student in Education award. Scarlett fondly recalls the favorite student ritual of Late-Night Breakfast on the eve of final exams each fall and spring when, led by President Jim Reynolds, members of the faculty and staff serve students a meal. That was always something she enjoyed with her friends, which leads to Scarlett's advice to underclassmen and future WC students: "Go meet new friends!" SENIOR SALUTES are the result of Wilmington College's graduating seniors completing an online survey requesting them to look back on their time at WC and share favorite memories, especially meaningful events/relationships and how their time at the College has impacted them.
