Dozens of Exhibitors to Be Featured at WC Community Health Fair

Event Also to Include Blood Drive More than three dozen health and wellness-related vendors have already agreed to participate at Wilmington College’s annual Community Health Fair March 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Hermann Court on Elm St. The event is free of charge and open to the public. Free T-shirts will be given to early arrivers, along with samples and a chance for prizes for all participants. Also, a Community Blood Center blood drive will be held concurrently at the site. Appointments are available by calling 800-388-4483 or at www.donortime.com using sponsor code 85. Sponsored by WC’s Wellness and Health Promotions Committee, the Community Health Fair will provide health and wellness info, promotional materials, related activities and prizes. Vendors and organizations range from a massage therapist and chiropractor to GNC, Kroger, New Life Clinic, Drayer Physical Therapy, Beacon Orthopaedics &Sports Medicine, TOPS, Clinton County YMCA, Dayton Sports Medicine Institute, Ignition and Walmart Vision. Also, representatives of the State Highway Patrol and Clinton County Sheriff’s Dept. will be on hand. Additional information will be forthcoming as the event draws nearer.
