Biography:
Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs. Toycee is a proud first-gen graduate and TRIO Program alum who has over two decades of experience in higher education working with diverse student groups, including pre-college students, undergraduates, and adult learners focused on student support services to increase student success, college engagement, and retention. She has taught doctoral-level courses in educational leadership and research methods, as well as and First Year Experience courses. Additionally, over the years in higher education, she has provided oversight of assessment, academic program review, institutional research, and institutional effectiveness. Toycee is a peer reviewer with the Higher Learning Commission.
