Your career development does not stop once you graduate, or even after you receive your first (or fifth) job. Alumni of Wilmington may set up appointments for career counseling, graduate school advising and access any of our online resources.

Handshake

 Handshake stands for Wilmington Hands on Learning/Living Experiences.

This online system links job seekers (students and alumni) to potential employers. WC students and alumni are able to search positions posted directly to Wilmington College and other sites and you can elect to receive emails when new positions are available that meet your criteria.

Many of the job postings received by Career Services come through “search agents” for general sites set up by the office. To ensure that the postings you receive are most relevant to your needs, it is recommended that you set up search agents through job search sites that you prefer.

To obtain access, email nina.l.talley@wilmington.edu with your name, graduation year, major and current email address. You will receive a welcome email with instructions to set up your account within a business day.
