What I have enjoyed about Wilmington College is the friends, which include students, staff members and my professors, and memories I have made here. Instead of going to a Division 1 school, I wanted to come here to be a name and not a number in and out of the classroom. And also, get to know my professors on a first name basis. That’s why I came here to Wilmington. Plus, I am only 10 minutes away from home. So if I do need to go home for any reason, it’s not that far or a drive.

I would suggest to prospective students and their families to come and take a visit to the campus. Talk to different staff members and/or professors. Get to know them. Even though I have lived in this town since I was born, I only came on campus for basketball games before I came here and that was it. I even took a visit to the campus and got a tour, and fell in love. This is a great place for all kinds of people. And also, get to know my professors on a first name basis. Wilmington may be small, but it will always have a big place in my heart after I graduate.
