Ph.D Latin American Literature, Boston College
Dr. Stahley studied in Saltillo, Mexico as an undergraduate and for 3 years in Medellín, Colombia as a graduate student. He teaches all levels of Spanish at Wilmington and has presented papers on contemporary Latin American literature and Spanish linguistics at national and international conferences in the Caribbean, Central and South America. He has travelled with students on one-month trips abroad to Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras and Spain. He is also advisor for Sigma Delta PI, the Spanish national honor society and an avid salsa dancer.
