Eric is entering his first year at Wilmington College as a part-time Clinical Instructor and Assistant Athletic Trainer.
Eric is a 1985 graduate of Wilmington College. He received his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration in 2011 from Ashford University in Clinton, Iowa.
Eric spent seven years with the Cincinnati Bengals as a seasonal assistant athletic trainer from 1982-1988 including Super Bowl XXIII. He retired from Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro, Ohio in 2016. He was instrumental in developing the athletic training/sports medicine outreach program to area high schools.
During his 30 years at Highland District Hospital, he was an approved clinical instructor for Wilmington College’s athletic training program. He was the hospital’s American Heart Association Training Center coordinator as well as, an adjunct professor for Southern State Community College. The past 8 years, Eric was the manager for the hospital’s Center for Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Athletic Training, as well as, Chairman for all hospital-wide Customer Service initiatives.
Eric, and his lovely bride Suzanne are avid covered bridge enthusiast and live outside of Leesburg, Ohio with their three dogs, Rags, Lady and Tramp.
