Emily Francisco, OTD, OTR/L

Emily Francisco is a board certified and licensed occupational therapist, specializing in pediatric outpatient and school-based practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Studies from Ashland University, in Ashland, Ohio. Emily continued her studies at Radford University in Radford, Virginia to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy degree. She completed her studies finishing her Post-Professional Doctorate degree at Shawnee State University. Emily worked in outpatient pediatric care and within the school setting prior to transitioning to Wilmington College. Emily has certification in visual rehabilitation and developed education courses for practicing occupational therapists on addressing ocular motor dysfunction in children with autism. Emily’s professional interests include growing her privately-owned LLC in pediatric therapy. She has a mission to serve those in a rural setting who may have limited access to pediatric occupational therapy services.
