Charlie Weaver was born in Ohio and raised on a farm in the Western part of Clinton County. Spent the majority of his professional career as a Supervisor, Process Evaluation Analyst, Sales Project Engineer in the Numerically Controlled Machine Tool Industry and managing a family owned standard bred horse business. Since 2002 he worked as an Adjunct Professor for Wilmington College teaching various courses in Business Administration, Agriculture, and Social Science.
He received his BA in Business Administration from Wilmington College in 1999 and his MA from Antioch University McGregor in 2001.

Off Campus Travel Experience:
1988 Charlie traveled to Oguchi-cho Aichi Prefecture, Japan to visit Okuma Machine Tool Co. and while he was there he had the opportunity to observe the culture and society in Japan. In 2013 he traveled to Grand Goave Haiti on a 10 day mission trip to help build a home for a Haitian family and visit three small farms.
