April Crank

April is a senior financial aid counselor at the Student One Stop. The Wilmington native has more than 10 years of experience working in financial aid. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management from Ohio Christian University. In her position, she works closely with the Office of Admission to provide financial aid counseling to prospective students. This includes determining financial aid eligibility and awarding federal, state and institutional funds. In addition to counseling, she is responsible for the management and reconciliation of a number of key financial aid programs to ensure compliance with federal, state and institutional policies.
