Adam oversees the day-to-day operation of the Office of Admission. Directing both the recruitment and operations functions of new student enrollment, Adam supervises a team of full and part-time admission team members. He coordinates all recruiting efforts between the faculty, coaching staff, and admission staff and works closely with the Office of Financial Aid. Adam enjoys the analysis of enrollment trends and student indicators that lead to shaping a class for the institution.

Beginning his career at Wilmington College in 2010, Adam has witnessed a transformation on the campus as new buildings have been built to suit the academic needs of students and new programs were added to encourage active campus involvement. In his 10+ years at Wilmington College, Adam has served on several institutional committees and has led the area to achieve record enrollment classes for new students. Adam and his wife Mindy live in Wilmington with their three children, Ava, Evan and Ellie.
