The College has implemented its rain plan for Saturday's Commencement ceremonies. Graduates will NOT meet at Boyd Cultural Arts Center for lining up before the respective ceremonies. Rather, they will meet in the QRC Gym, which is adjacent to Hermann Court, the venue for the two Commencement ceremonies.
For the 10 a.m. Bachelor of Science ceremony, grads need to be at the QRC Gym no later than 9 a.m. For the 2 p.m. Bachelor of Arts ceremony, they need to be at the QRC Gym no later than 1 p.m. NOTE: A professional photographer from Grad Images will be available starting at 8:30 a.m. (B.S.) and 12:30 p.m. (B.A.) to take cap and gown photos as well as photos of groups of friends, etc. There is no obligation to purchase the photos. They will make proofs available. The same photographer will photograph each graduate shaking hands with President Trevor as he presents them with their diploma. The photographer also will be available immediately after the ceremony on the Hermann Court patio to take family photos.
