Today’s leaders must possess effective observational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to move increasingly complex organizations forward. Wilmington College’s Master of Organizational Leadership program with a Track in Organizational Transformation (MOL-OT) will deliver the leadership experience and expertise you need for the next step in your career.

The MOL-OT curriculum focuses on building leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, while also strengthening the emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills that students must use in their professional lives. Courses are research driven with a stress on independent learning at the graduate level.
