Wilmington College Cincinnati staff are in the office and ready to serve you! You can find us in the Transfer Center in ATLC 221 or in our administrative offices in Main 181 – the WC Cincinnati campus is located on Cincinnati State’s Clifton campus. Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL)

WITH A TRACK IN ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL-OT) is designed to prepare students to assume greater leadership roles in the workplace and their community. The program applies a values-based perspective to the study of organizational strategy and effective leadership practices by engaging students in intensive study, critical reflection, and a distinctive immersive learning experience. A student with any degree can apply for entry into MOL-OT.
