In addition to the breadth of provided through a liberal arts curriculum which supports communication, analytic and critical thinking skills, Wilmington students also gain hands-on class room experience in their fields of study to help prepare them for the workforce.

Internships: Students at Wilmington can pursue internship opportunities both for academic credit and as extra-curricular experiences. If you are interested in providing an internship opportunity to students, please post your opportunity on  Handshake. Any questions, feel free to call or email.

Summer or local part time work: Many students are interested in finding paid summer employment here and beyond, as well as part-time work local to the College throughout the year. If you have any paid opportunities, please post your opportunity to our students and alumni on Handshake, our online job board.

Full time employment: Career Services can share your job opportunities with students and alumni. Employers can now post jobs directly to students and alumni through Handshake.

Information Sessions and On-Campus Recruiting: One of the best ways to gain company recognition is to come to campus to meet with our students. Information sessions are a great way for you to educate students about your organization and its needs while helping our students gain a better sense of the expectations of the workforce.
