A student who attended Wilmington College in Ohio may request transcripts by clicking “REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT” below and printing the transcript request form. After completing the transcript request form and signing on the student signature line (an actual signature is required), the request form may be mailed to Wilmington College, Office of Academic Records, Pyle Center 1286, Wilmington, OH 45177. Forms may also be faxed to 937-383-8508 or scanned and emailed to email@example.com.
Wilmington College currently charges $10.00 per transcript for transcripts mailed within the normal 3-5 business-day processing time. If a student needs transcripts expedited (processed next-business day) or faxed, the charge is $25 per transcript. Transcripts will not be sent until payment is received. If a student requires transcripts sent by USPS Express Mail or FedEx, the carrier’s current fee must be paid, as well. Wilmington College does not do “same day” transcripts. Payment can be made by clicking “PAY FOR YOUR TRANSCRIPT” above using checking or savings account with no fee. If you are using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover there will be a convenience fee of 2.75%. Questions about making payments can be directed to the Student One Stop Center at 937-382-6661, ext. 600. If mailing the transcript request form, payment may be made by personal check, cashier check or money order. Note: Wilmington College cannot email transcripts.
Transcript requests must be approved by Student Financial Service. Students will be notified if requests cannot be honored.
