We are excited that you have been accepted to Wilmington College! If you are a Transfer student enrolling for the Fall semester, you are in the right place. Please use this page as a reference as we move through the year. Before you know it, it will be time to start classes!
To confirm your acceptance of admission and be eligible to register for classes later this year, please submit your enrollment deposit online using our WILpay service. If you plan to live on campus, you may pay your housing deposit at the same time. Instructions on discovering your WILpay password and student id number can be found inside your acceptance packet.
Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to all accepted students beginning in January. A “Financial Aid Award Notice” will be emailed to you on receipt of your FAFSA results. When filing your FAFSA, please list Wilmington College and our school code number 003142, so that your results will be sent to us electronically.

Beginning in April, and once you have paid your enrollment deposit, you may call to make a registration appointment. The sooner you register, the better class selection you will have. Contact Heather Miller at 937.481.2426
Once you have submitted an enrollment deposit, you are invited to complete your Housing Application or Housing Exemption Form. You will select only one Housing form to complete. Students planning to live on campus should complete the Housing Application. Commuter students should complete the Housing Exemption form.
Your offer of admission is contingent upon receipt of your official college transcript. Transcripts must arrive in a sealed envelope. Faxed transcripts are not considered official. All transcripts must be received by the day you move into the residence halls or, for commuters, the first day of classes.
You may choose to have your acceptance to the College published in your local newspaper. Please complete our Office of Public Relations News Release Form and submit your information for publication.
New incoming students will receive an electronic statement available online through WILpay. The statement will be available to view and make online payments for Fall 2017 by July 1st. Students have the option to pay in full or set up a 5 month Installment Payment Plan (IPP) with the first payment due in July. Students will re-enroll in the IPP each semester. Students will need to add a Parent Pin to allow parents to sign in to make payments, view their student’s account, and receive email notifications.
