Transfer Seminar

GL325: Wilmington and the world

GL325 orients students to Wilmington’s unique mission, core values, and academic requirements while recognizing that transfer students have already demonstrated success in college and bring a range of real life experiences to the classroom. As they study contemporary global issues, students will also explore career opportunities and work-place expectations in a global economy and exercise the writing and information literacy skills expected in college graduates. During the semester, students will review their transferred global credit in order to choose their global module. GL325 is required of all students transferring in 30 or more credit hours from another institution.
