WILMINGTON COLLEGE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The directors, designers, technicians, and cast members have followed the safety protocols set forth by Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health in the Responsible RestartOhio mandates for Performing Arts Venues and worked with our local Health Department and Wilmington College’s COVID-19 Response Team and the Safety & Emergency Committee to make this production possible.

Facial Coverings -ALL audience members (vaccinate and unvaccinated) are required to sit in their assigned seats and wear a facial covering throughout the entire performance. Facial coverings may be worn by any individual on campus at any time but are not required outdoors.

Social Distancing – Classrooms and meeting rooms will continue to be set to allow for social distancing and signage will be displayed to indicate where seating is and is not allowed. This also requires capacity restrictions in some spaces. The CDC and local health officials indicate this is the most important and effective mitigation against COVID-19.

Mingling with audience members who are not in your ticket group is discouraged. Please consider staying near your seats or going outside during Intermission. Please do not congregate in the lobby. That space must be used for lines to the restrooms.

Harcum Art Gallery, Quaker Heritage Center, and Peace Resource Center – All of these facilities will be available under regular hours and services for faculty, staff, students, and the public.
