Creative Writing

Writing is a process of discovery, and creative writing allows us to discover new ways of experiencing the world. This course will provide an intensive experience in creative writing. We will explore the work of professional writers to help us identify strategies and techniques that we can use in our own writing. We will experiment with different genres including personal narrative, poetry, and fiction, and you will work collaboratively to workshop the writing of your peers. This is a hybrid class, so the class will be partially face to face and partially online.
