Students' Artwork Featured in Senior Thesis Exhibit
Kaitlin McMullen and Connor Lavelle Will Present Their Portfolios

The opening reception for the Senior Thesis Art Exhibit is Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m., in Harcum Gallery.
Two Wilmington College seniors, Kaitlin McMullen and Connor Lavelle, will present portfolios of their artwork at the annual Senior Thesis Art Exhibit Wednesday (April 24) through May 10 in Harcum Gallery.
An opening reception honoring the artists will be held Wednesday (April 24), from 6 to 8 p.m. Normal gallery hours are weekdays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and by special appointment arranged by Hal Shunk, professor of art.
McMullen is a resident of Lynchburg majoring in art education while LaVelle, of Athens, is an art major that plans to graduate in May. His portfolio includes acrylics and silkscreen prints.
McMullen, whose works include acrylics and watercolors, was a runner-up McDonald Biennial Prize winner in this spring’s juried student show.
