Creech receives SAAC award
Junior earned two All-OAC swimming honors

Julie Creech is the SAAC Student-Athlete of the Week.
Junior Julie Creech has been named Wilmington College’s SAAC Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 19.
Creech (Dayton/Centerville) earned two All-OAC honors with third-place finishes in the 100- and 200-yard butterfly races at the conference championship. Creech is now a team-record six-time All-OAC honoree. She also broke the team 500 freestyle record at the championship.
In recognition of her accomplishments, Creech will receive a T-shirt from SAAC, and her photo and list of accomplishments will be displayed in the lobby of Hermann Court.
The Student Athlete Advisory Committee is a committee made up of student-athletes assembled to provide insight about the student-athlete experience. SAAC protects student-athlete interests and provides a positive image of student-athletes.
