Multicultural Overnight Experience

Sunday, April 3, 2016 through Monday, April 4, 2016

This is an exclusive event for students accepted to the College for the Fall 2016 term. Participants will have the opportunity to learn what WC has to offer: eat meals in our Main Dining Hall, have fun with some evening entertainment, spend the night in our residence halls with a student host, and attend a class the next day.

We have reached capacity for this event. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please email or call 937-481-2260.

All students must submit an overnight consent form signed by a parent or guardian before or on the day of the event. To submit the form beforehand, email it to or fax it to 937-481-2936. NO STUDENT WILL BE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE WITHOUT A SIGNED CONSENT FORM.

In addition to the form, students should plan to bring a sleeping bag/bedroll and/or blanket, pillow, towel and washcloth, and toiletries. All meals will be provided, so there will not be a need for money for food. However, if students wish to purchase items from the bookstore or vending machines, they may wish to bring a small amount of money.

Students who have registered to take a campus tour should check-in at 3:30pm in the McCoy Room of Kelly Center. Tours will depart at 3:45pm.

The program will end around 12:00 pm on Monday. Arrangements can be made for late pick up if necessary. For any family members wishing to spend the night in Wilmington, the local Hampton Inns, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express all provide discounted rates if you mention that you are a guest of Wilmington College.

We look forward to seeing all of you on the 3rd! In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at 937-481-2260 or
