Facilities

The Wilmington College Men's Soccer team has one of the finest home fields in the region, at any collegiate level. They play their home games on a beautiful pitch of natural grass at the lighted Charlie Gilhart Field. The stadium as a whole was renovated in 1988 and has had a number of upgrades since then. Charlie Gilhart Field has a seating capacity of 1,100.

The WC Men's Soccer program practices on its full field and yearly maintained practice pitch. Also, the team has the luxury of practicing (and, in inclement weather, playing) on Wilmington College's new turf field, which is home to the WC Football team. Townsend Field at Williams Stadium was not only constructed to be used for football, but is also lined for the Wilmington College Soccer teams to practice on.

Additional facilities include a newly renovated locker room in Hermann Court for the WC Men's Soccer team. The locker room is equipped with 33 new wooden lockers, dark green carpeting, and a gray W on the floor, which reflects the pride the team has in playing for Wilmington College. As part of the locker room renovation, there is a large influence from past alums of the Wilmington College Men's Soccer team. Inside of each locker there is a unique plaque that includes a quote from alumni.
