DKI ventured to Chicago in the course of attending the Purdue-Calumet Undergraduate Literary Conference in April, 2006.

History
Delta Kappa Iota's charter was granted on November 23, 2001. We inaugurated our twenty-sixth member in May, 2006.

Officers (2006-07): Brandy Brady, Brandi Neumann, and Katie Krebs.

Meetings
The meeting schedule for 2006-07 should include social hours every other Thursday afternoons, starting about 4, at local eateries to be announced.
