Tiffany Smith

Biography:

Tiffany Smith is in her first season as the assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Wilmington College.

Smith comes to Wilmington after being the girls high school coach with Ohio Premier Lacrosse and Summit Country Day School in Cincinnati.

A graduate from the University of Cincinnati, Smith has been a continual contributing member of the lacrosse world. Smith began her college lacrosse career at Robert Morris University where she played in 11 of the season’s 16 games, with a start against The Ohio State University in her freshman season. Smith tallied 15 ground balls, three draw controls and 12 caused turnovers on defense for the colonials. At the University of Cincinnati, Smith made an immediate impact on defense for the Bearcats, averaging four ground balls and three caused turnovers.

She was a three-year letterwinner at Cleveland Heights High School, and led the team to the Ohio State Championships in her junior season. Smith was named the Ohio North Co-Defender of the Team in 2007 and was a member of the Great Lakes national team in 2006.
