Requesting a Transcript
If you attended Wilmington College in Ohio you may request transcripts by the following methods:
If you have a personal email address that contains your name (entire last name and at least your first initial), you may submit your request by using the transcript request form provided online. You will receive a return email at the email address you provide to which you must reply before your request will be processed. If your email address does not contain your name, or if your email address is not a working address, your transcript request will not be processed.
If you do not have a personal email address that contains your name, you may complete the transcript request form online, print it, sign it, and fax it (937-383-8564) or mail it (Wilmington College, Student One Stop Center, Pyle Center 1184, Wilmington, OH 45177).
Your signature is required for transcripts sent to a third party. You must supply the complete address to which the transcript must be sent.
If you want a transcript mailed to yourself, you may request it by calling the Student One Stop Center, 937-382-6661, extension 600.
You may request transcripts at no charge. They will take three to five working days to produce and send. If you require a transcript sent the next day or need one faxed (next day), there is a $25 "rush or fax" fee per transcript, which must be paid at the time of the request. If you require your transcript overnighted by USPS Express Mail or FedEx, you must pay the carrier's current overnight fee, as well. We do not do "same day" transcripts.
Transcript requests must be approved by Student Financial Service. You will be notified if your request cannot be honored.
