BLUE ASH ADJUNCT FACULTY - ACCOUNTING AND PERSONAL WELLNESS
Wilmington College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach at its Cincinnati Branches for adult learners (located in Blue Ash and on the campus of Cincinnati State Technical and Community College) beginning in August 2010.
Saturday mornings at Blue Ash 8:00 a.m. - noon, August 28 - October 2 HPE100A.B1 Personal Wellness. Master's degree required; teaching experience preferred.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST
Wilmington College Blue Ash Campus – Performs all functions necessary to actively recruit, admit, and register new students. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the preparation of recruitment literature, planning and participating in information sessions and college fairs, and designing and implementing a plan to promote our programs to area businesses. Requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; 2 years of work experience in a customer service or sales environment, excellent communication skills; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a multitasking environment with good attention to detail; availability to work evenings until 6:45 p.m. as well as occasional Saturdays. Experience working in a higher education or other non-profit institutions is a plus. COORDINATOR, ADMINISTRATIVE INTERFACES
Wilmington College is accepting applications for a Coordinator of Administrative Interfaces. This position will serve as the team leader on implementation and on-going support for interfaces to the central administrative database, the Jenzabar-CX (CARS) system. Requires working with both the Computer Services staff and the end-user community to insure optimal accessibility of administrative data processing resources. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience. Experience with Jenzabar-CX (CARS) applications and Informix RDBMS is highly desirable. Also, working experience with SQL, UNIX, ODBC, web development, Windows Server 2008 and project management preferred. VICE PRESIDENT FOR BUSINESS AND FINANCE
Wilmington College is seeking a Vice President for Business and Finance. Founded in 1870 by the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Wilmington College enrolls approximately 1,200 undergraduates on the Wilmington, Ohio campus, and an additional 300 students at two Cincinnati sites. Certificate programs are also offered at three Ohio correctional institutions. The 65-acre main campus includes 21 buildings, eight as residence halls. The College maintains an additional 1,400 acres of farmland used for agriculture majors and/or leased for commercial operations. Undergraduate majors are offered in 22 areas and graduate programs in two. The College is located within an hour’s drive of Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, Ohio.

Reporting to the President, the Vice President's responsibilities include: administering the business, fiscal, management information and resource management functions of the College, including oversight of the management of accounting and purchasing functions, budget and planning, human resources, contracts for auxiliary operations, development/maintenance of physical facilities, and College farms/properties. As a member of the senior administrative team, the Vice President works closely with members of the Board of Trustees and with leaders in the local community.
The successful candidate will be a person of integrity with the values, capacities, and interpersonal skills to work in a collegial environment; have the financial, management, and interpersonal skills to lead a professional staff; and have a demonstrable commitment to service and support of the academic mission and continued expansion of the College. A record of successful and effective financial management experience is required, along with proven organizational, communication, and analytical abilities. CPA certification or an MBA is desirable. The College welcomes applications from qualified traditional and non-traditional candidates but will give preference to those with experience in private higher education or other similar non-profit organizations.
