Conference Services

Conference Services at Wilmington College provides opportunities for groups and organizations to host camps, conferences, meetings and other events on campus. During the summer months, we offer comprehensive services including meeting spaces, meals and dining services, on-campus housing, use of athletic facilities, etc. Also, during the school year, we offer such meeting spaces as conference rooms and classrooms.

Mason Center

The William Mason Family Teleconference Center seats up to 65 people in stadium style seating. The room is air conditioned, has technical abilities and a white board.

The Mccoy Room

The McCoy Room

The McCoy room is located in the Kelly Center and is newly renovated, can hold up to 200 people and is air conditioned.  Audio visual equipment is available upon request.  Also in the Kelly Center are the Kelly Center Library and Kelly Center Meditation Room.

 

Dining Facilities

The dining facilities are located in the top of the Pyle Student Center, This includes the main dining hall (known as the T.O.P.), and two alternate dining facilities, the Wilmington Room and the Schmidt Room.

The T.O.P. is the main dining room and can hold up to 400 people for lectures, and 350 people for banquets and receptions.  It is air conditioned, includes a sound system, and platform risers are available. Our dining service provider is Sodexho, an international company.  Sodexho will develop a menu to best fit the dining needs of each group.  The Top of Pyle is handicap accessible.

The Wilmington Room is an alternate dining room located off of the main dining room in the Pyle Center.  The room will set up to 75 people, is air conditioned, and audio visual equipment is available upon request.

Physical Education Complex
Wilmington College’s outdoor recreation facilities are exceptional for a college of our size.  Our college is home to 23 sports teams, and our summer camps use our college facilities.  We have specific facilities for various sports including football, soccer, baseball and softball, basketball, swimming, track, discus and shot put pads and tennis courts.

The field house, Hermann Court, includes a gymnasium, auxiliary gym, weight room, college sized swimming pool, and racquetball courts.

Marble Hall is a residential dorm that is available for summer housing.  This two story building 74 people. The residence halls range in sizes, and each have common lobby areas.

“The Campus Village”
The Campus Village houses four people in an apartment style set-up.  Each four bedroom apartment is air conditioned, has two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen complete with washers and dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves.
